Craig is an Associate Attorney at Anderson & Benson. He represents clients before federal immigration courts, district courts, United States Citizenship and Immigration Services, and the Board of Immigration Appeals. Craig is passionate about serving the community and deeply enjoys working with people from across the globe.
Prior to joining Anderson & Benson, Craig worked as a commercial litigation attorney at Larsen & Rico, as a law clerk at a personal injury law firm, Dewsnup, King, & Olsen, and served as a judicial extern for Judge John Pearce of the Utah Court of Appeals.
Craig received his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law with High Honors. During law School, Craig received CALI awards (highest grade in the course) in: Constitutional Law II, Land Use Control, and Adoption Law. He also published an article in a law journal: Drones on the Horizon: Using New Technology to Monitor Conservation Easement Compliance, 45 Real Est. L.J. 6 (2016). Prior to law school, Craig earned two bachelor’s degrees from the University of Utah in Spanish and Political Science.
Craig is a fluent spanish speaker, having lived in Andalucia, Spain for two years. He loves language and learning more about foreign cultures. Craig is a member of the American Immigration Lawyer Association and is admitted to the Utah State Bar and U.S. federal courts.
